Als Kontrastprogramm zur Covid-Bekämpfung in China schickte mir ein Leser diesen Bericht über Covid-Bekämpfung in Chemnitz.Am 14. Oktober meldete eine Mitarbeiterin ihren positiven Test. Fünf Tage danach ließ das Gesundheitsamt die betroffene Wohngruppe testen.Da kann man eigentlich direkt mit dem Lesen aufhören. 5 Tage später?!
Nur auf Nachfrage am 22. Oktober erfuhr das Heim, dass drei Bewohner und zwei Mitarbeiter positiv seien. Erst am 26. Oktober wurden alle 180 Bewohner und 170 Mitarbeiter getestet - 70 Infektionen!Ja na SO eine Überraschung! Wenn man die Petrischale ein paar Wochen stehen lässt, breittet sich die Infektion aus! Also DAMIT konnte ja wohl NIEMAND rechnen!1!!
Das Gesundheitsamt hat auch keine Quarantäne erlassen. Warum auch. Das Testergebnis liegt ja noch nicht für alle vor!!1!
Wenig überraschend sieht das Gesundheitsamt die Sache ganz anders. Schuld sind die Opfer. Die werden ja wohl ihr Hygienekonzept verkackt haben, wenn sich Leute anstecken konnten. Im Übrigen:
Um 350 Personen zu testen, bedurfte es einer größeren logistischen Vorbereitung. Von einem Versagen kann keine Rede sein.Ja aber echt mal! Die Chinesen testen in zwei Tagen über 2 Mio Menschen, und bei uns sind 350 Tests ein größeres logistisches Problem für ein Gesundheitsamt in einer Pandemie. Was machen Sie eigentlich beruflich, Herr Gesundheitsamtsvorsteher?
Nun würde ich die Schuld aber nicht nur beim Gesundheitsamt sehen. Das hört man gerade aus allen möglichen Pflegebereichen, dass die die Leute einfach nicht nach Hause schicken im Zweifelsfall, weil das System so auf Kante optimiert ist, dass es sonst ganz kollabieren würde.
Warum ist das eigentlich so?

Mit anderen Worten: Die haben Routinetests, um asymptomatische Patienten zu finden. Strike 1.
Am Sonntag hatten sie einen Krisenplan zusammen, und haben innerhalb von zwei Tagen einmal von allen viereinhalb Millionen Bewohnern Samples eingeholt. Strike 2.
Und von diesen Samples sind bei der Hälfte schon die Ergebnisse da gewesen am Montag. Strike 3.
Währenddessen in Deutschland: Meldewesen geht nicht weil Faxpapier alle. Gesundheitsamt ruft Bürger dazu auf, selber ihre Kontakte zu informieren.
